Donna is an incredible master stylist who brings techniques that are cutting edge and truly listens to her clients. I got to see Donna last minute before a conference and didn’t want to lose any length but wanted movement. She transformed my hair in a way I didn’t think was possible, kept length, debulked and gave me the polish I needed. She also gave me a truly tailored colour, working with what I came in with, and adding no damage. Plus she taught me how to style it. Donna is the most talented hair magician I’ve been to. She not only listens carefully, understands what you need but also exceeds your expectations. She rescued my over-processed mop of hair into a lush, perfectly color matched soft glistening locks. I’ve never loved my hair more in my life than after I leave Donna’s.
She’s truly a master of her craft and has the eye and talent for what she does. Just can’t rave about her enough. It’s like she’s in my brain and knows exactly what I envision.

After not seeing Donna Dolphy. for over 3 years, I returned to an impressive wash, cut and blow dry experience,

Donna combines her current high-level international training with the skills of a seasoned, master stylist.   She considers  all aspects when conferring with her client to suggest, advise and decide on the process and desired outcomes. It is a pleasure to observe her focussed precision as she works her magic with scissors.

Donna takes the time needed to achieve comprehensive job which also includes a stimulating scalp massage and suggestions for various ways the haircut can be handled, styled and cared for at home.

I couldn’t have asked for a better cut and experience. Exciting and highly satisfying!!

I booked a haircut and fade touch-up service for my boss with Donna and we were both impressed with her customer service and outcome! She responded fast and ensured I had all the details needed to book the appointment. According to my boss:

She did a quick hair cut in addition to a great quick fade touch up on my undercut too and it was amazing. She managed my thick long hair so well. I could tell that She so skilled and efficient and I had complete sense of comfort and confidence in her abilities and was not disappointed!
